For experienced managers and executive teams

Coaching Skills Lab

The fastest way to build capacity in a team is to stop solving everything for them. The Lab trains managers to coach through real, live work problems, drawing on the individualised consideration and intellectual stimulation at the heart of transformational leadership, and on the self-leadership habits that make coaching stick between sessions.
